Back-to-School Checklist
To help ensure a smooth start to the school year, please carefully review the following information and complete the required tasks below.
Before the First Day:
- Complete the two required forms in PowerSchool Parent Portal:
- Acknowledgements Form to confirm you have reviewed the following:
- Emergency Contacts Form (must be updated each year)
- View transportation information in PowerSchool Parent Portal. Bus stop information will be posted August 24.
On the First Day:
- Student Health Form: All students will receive a paper Student Health Form on the first day that must be completed and returned to their homeroom as soon as possible.
- In addition, students who might need to take prescribed medication during the school day will also need to fill out a Medication Permission Form.
- OPTIONAL Publicity Refusal Form: If you do NOT want your videos or photos of your child shared in external district publications, news media, social media or websites, please complete this form (also available in PowerSchool forms) and return it to your school secretary.

August 26 - PowerSchool Mobile App becomes available with full functionality including schedule access
August 31 - First Day of School for all students
*NEW THIS YEAR: Parents/Guardians accessing PowerSchool to view their child’s schedule will be immediately directed to complete the required Acknowledgement Form (which includes acknowledgement of reviewing the Handbook, Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use Policy) and Emergency Contact Form within the Parent Portal. We strongly encourage you to log in and complete these two forms as soon as possible so you can view your child's schedule as soon as it is released.
Please note: Schedule information in the PowerSchool mobile app will be unavailable until August 26. Until then, families must access the PowerSchool Parent Portal using a web browser.

This list contains general supplies listed by grade level. Once you receive your child’s teacher assignment at the end of August, you may also receive a teacher specific materials list which may include additional items.
We encourage families to take advantage of our fundraiser to purchase school supply kits which will be delivered to your home if ordering after 6/29 (orders before 6/29 will be delivered directly to your child’s school and classroom for the first day of school).
